My anti-cellulite diet

Cellulite has several origins: fat, poor circulation. So to fight against this phenomenon, we can massage, exercise, smearing cream, but know ladies, that in general, diet alone can help counteract this problem.

Cellulite is born in general, a diet low in fiber but high in carbohydrates and lipids. To make it disappear, it will have to move towards a healthier diet and more balanced. It is not necessary to reduce the quantity (it does no good to starving her), but only to make good nutritional choices.

Avoid this :

- Intoxifiants foods like meats, pastries, sauces, oils, everything is fried (fritters, fried …), soft drinks (soda or water) and alcoholic. In short all these foods too high in fat, sugar and salt.

- Salt. Banish the salt shaker on your table, facing a flat prefer spices and herbs, including parsley and even the onion.

Consume with moderation :

- Cooking oil or butter. It is better to broil and cook their food in the oven (with curls) or steamed. Allow yourself some vegetable fats like olive oil.

- The salad. Yes, the veggies will help you lose weight, but they will not allow you to fight against cellulite, quite the contrary. The high mineral content promotes water retention. Then they cook their vegetables steamed and it darkens the eggplant, celery, peppers, leeks, cabbage …

Take privileged :

- The protein contained mainly in the white meat, eggs … because they are involved in muscle development. Because they are lean proteins require the agency, when appropriate, to draw its energy from fat cells.

- Foods rich in iron such as lentils. Iron helps transport oxygen in blood. (A lower rate of iron causes large fatigue or even anemia, so avoid coffee at the end of the meal because the caffeine absorbs iron.)

- Fish and seafood containing fatty acids, including the famous omega-3′s are gone! These foods have anti-inflammatory properties and prevent swelling.

- Potassium because it stimulates lymphatic drainage, ie it allows the congestion zone which locates the orange peel. Potassium is found mainly in nuts, yeast and some vegetables such as endive.

- The whole foods such as pasta, rice, grains or bread, as they absorb toxins and we truly fulfill the stomach. But rice, pasta, are eaten in moderation, 3 times a week or so, especially if you do not practice sports.

- Vitamin C packed with fruit, because it strengthens blood vessel walls. Note that the kiwi will also help us fight stress and improve our transit.

- Red fruits, chew or drink. Vitamin D they contain can improve blood circulation. In addition these foods antioxidants promote cell regeneration.

Namely:
It is important to stay hydrated throughout the day to eliminate waste and toxics. Of course, drink water but you can also drink tea, especially green tea since it limits the absorption of fat, carbohydrates and combat water retention.

Note:
Protein intake should be higher than that of vegetables.

  • When it comes to taking care of your skin… reduce your sugar intake. Sugar can make your skin look more wrinkled and dull when you have a high consumption of it. This can make you look years older than you really are. You might ask how sugar does this and that is a good question. Sugar attaches itself to the proteins in your body thus forming ‘AGE’ proteins. This also includes your skin’s elastic and collagen. Free radicals can be caused by sugar and these radicals make your skin age faster… especially the older you are… around 35 and over. Type 3 collagen is fairly tough but sugar can turn it into type 1 which is a more brittle and not so youthful looking collagen. So the verdict? Minimize your sugar intake and consider using natural sweeteners… like honey and make sure you also opt for low GI carbs.
