Cures of Bad Breath


The first is to establish that is producing bad breath. If bad breath is a constant problem we need to go to the dentist for a determination if there are problems in the gums or teeth.
The common problems of bad breath can be prevented with a routine dental cleaning usually effective. Dentists recommend brushing teeth at least twice a day and floss at least once a day.
In Ayurvedic medicine (and now many dentists) recommend cleaning the tongue with either a toothbrush or a tongue cleaner. Accumulate in the language many bacteria that cause odor and is suspected to be in the language which usually originates odor.

The dentist may also recommend products that have proven effective in combating bad breath. The dentist Ana Karidas in Connecticut (USA) recommends brushing their teeth at least twice daily, flossing once a day and two or more times daily use mouthwash “Listerine” that has proven effective.

Rinses like Listerine, as its advertising suggests, do not cover bad breath, then work to destroy bacteria that cause it also helps prevent gum disease. Many mouthwashes only cool bad breath but do not destroy bacteria. Of course if there are problems in the gums or teeth, dentists treat specific problem. Dentists also have (and in the USA sell) some special brushes for cleaning teeth, tongue cleaners and sprays to control bad breath.

Bad breath may also be due to digestion problems. Some foods can cause bad breath such as garlic and onion.
