Fennel
With very few calories, about 9 per 100 grams, fennel is a very nutritious vegetable, rich in fiber and water, with a high satiating power.
Its distinctive aniseed aroma is due to the concentrated anise seeds. Prepared salads such as boiled or baked. Raw or steamed, retains its vitamins: vitamin C and some B vitamins and carotenoids.
In 100 grams of fennel are 331 milligrams of sodium, potassium and 100 774 of calcium: in the presence of these minerals are widely used in tea to soothe stomach aches and as a stimulant to digestion difficult. An infusion of fennel seeds after meals helps digestion and prevents daytime against bloating.
Clementine Tangerines
Clementines owe their name to the discoverer, the monk Clement, an Algerian who selected a crop of mandarins this particular species, a hybrid of tangerine and bitter orange. Like all citrus, Clementine is rich in vitamin A and C, sugar and mineral salts. Digestive and refreshing properties, and is considered ideal for the perfect functioning of the body and especially for infant feeding.

With only 25 calories per 100 grams, provides 400 milligrams of potassium, calcium 22, 16 and 6 mg sodium. It is very significant the presence of folic acid, anti-anemic properties, cabbage, like all cabbages, broccoli, Brussels sprouts – contains highly active against tumors of the colon and bowel.
Leeks
It has many vitamins, especially green leafy vegetables, sugars, fiber, minerals and protein abundance. It has toning, remineralizing and anti-anemic.
The Jerusalem artichoke
Its flavor is reminiscent of artichokes, and cook like potatoes. It is an excellent source of carbohydrates, potassium and vitamin C, and is very suitable for diabetics and women during lactation.
