We offer a breakfast of 601 to 650 Kcal, suitable for men from 13 to 15 years with strong activity. Activity is considered “strong” non-mechanized agricultural tasks, mining, forestry, digging, chopping wood, mowing by hand, climbing, hiking, playing soccer, tennis, jogging, dancing, skiing, etc..

1. For those who are in a hurry
Breakfast. The appropriate approach is to take the necessary calories for age, sex and activity.
- 1 yogurt (125 g)

- Prepare a sandwich with 2 slices of bread (75 g) with 4 slices of sausage (40 g)
