In the early 20′s a chemical called Maurice Gatefosse accidentally discovered the benefits of aromatherapy. While working in his laboratory in perfumes deep concentration, his arm caught fire. He quickly tried to find the closest substance to allow him to extinguish the fire. Saw a tank with lavender oil and dipped in the arm.

To his surprise, not only extinguished the fire but his arm healed without scarring or risk of infections. In later used the word “aromatherapy” to describe the healing I had experienced.

The word mandala means “sacred circle” leading us to the most sacred part of ourselves, but the therapy is done to get to paint. This is a simple and easy to get to meditation only paying attention to the practice of painting the mandala.
